we are currently looking to recruit an experienced senior sous chef for this luxury hotel in kent. as senior sous you will assist with recruitment, training and coaching a team of 12 chefs and 4 kitchen porters. you will be involved in the menu planning, supplier resourcing, ordering, delivery, storage, preparation, cooking and service across the range of food areas within the hotel

the ideal senior sous will have the following:
