we are currently looking to recruit experienced and passionate chefs to work with a fantastic kitchen team producing two michelin starred food for breakfast, lunch and dinner service at this unique venue. we are looking for chefs of all levels from commis through to sous. you will be driven and focused to create the best!

the first 2 michelin starred dining pub. this iconic pub with proper food is a friendly, comfortable atmosphere, where everybody's welcome. bold, unpretentious cooking with brilliant, seasonal ingredients. professional but approachable service from people who love to eat out as much as they do.

the perks

as the chef, depending on your level, you can look forward to the following:

salary between £28,500- £32,000 basicprofit share and cash tipsto work in a well known michelin starred kitchen under a fab head chef and ownergreat training and progression fun, fast paced working environmentlive in available at a reduced cost in the townthe person

the ideal chefs will have the following:
