we are currently on the search for a passionate and experienced assistant restaurant manager to take ownership with the hotels grill restaurant and support the restaurant manager. you will drive the restaurant forward by motivating the team at all times as well as increasing profitability by reducing costs and wastage whilst increasing spends and business and to improve productivity by improving and maintaining the working environment.

the perks

the successful assistant restaurant manager will receive the following:

salary of £29,000 plus approx. £6000-£8,000 non contractual service charge29 days holiday including bank holidayservice charge paid monthlyregular team events and appreciation daysstaff accommodation if requiredfree team mealsuniform provideddiscount on spa treatments and productsbeautiful locationthe person

the assistant restaurant manager will have:
