the main responsibilities of this recruiter role will include:

identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specificationscollaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirementsattracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etcconducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positionsassessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positionscompleting paperwork for new hirespromoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunitysupporting the company's social value and edi strategyrecruitment strategykeeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the companysupporting onboarding for the businesssupporting screening and vettingmanaging recruitment emails/inboxproviding recruitment reports to team managers/department headsupdating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publicationsundertaking any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the businesswe welcome applications for this recruiter role from candidates with skills or experience in recruitment, onboarding, recruitment strategy, interviewing, hr, and recruitment admin.
