Maintenance engineer - united states, jamestown (new york)
full time from customer $19-21 per hour
daily property maintenance work (building inspections, bulb replacement, door adjustments, temperature issues, toilet/sink repairs, etc.). performs routine maintenance in accordance with established safety procedures. ability to work outside in poor weather conditions (salt & shovel) completes timesheets daily. attends mandatory weekly safety meetings. follows dress code each day. works and communicates well with other staff, vendors and tenants.
