renaissance personnel is looking for registered nurse/ registered mental health nurse/ healthcare assistant experienced in nhs hospital/ care homes and domiciliary care .

renaissance personnel are also on the nhs framework and provide care on a private and community level.

responsibilities include - administering of medication, ensuring you stick to the relevant care plan at hand, communicate any concerns, safeguarding, to ensure that you comply with the processes and procedures in carrying out your role as best as you can.
