to support phenomenal business growth, we are looking to appoint an operations manager to manage our further lending department in more2life. the role will be responsible for effectively managing performance across the team and ensuring service levels are reached in all areas.

main role and responsibilities of the operations manager:

identify opportunities for process improvements daily and as part of your core roleeffectively manage performance across your teamwork with front office colleagues to ensure great adviser and customer experienceengage with your people and the wider ops team to effectively implement changework collaboratively across ops with your fellow operations managers and support functions, to build a best-in-class operation, recognised for excellent performance and service to the customerengage effectively with our advisers and internal stakeholders to develop collaborative working to deliver improved service and delight for our customerscoach team leaders to develop their management skills and drive developmentsupport growth of subject matter experts across the departmentsupport to develop and embed a coaching culturecontinually drive to deliver best-in-class for customers, coaching your team to manage customer expectations across email and telephonyresponsible for the quality execution of processing and demonstrating proactive analysis of qa results and action plans, and coaching to drive improvementsresponsible for customer complaint analysis, management, and early intervention, to reduce overall volumelead your team to ensure all team members feel valued, recognised, and empowered to do a fantastic jobwork with it & bi to develop improved and insightful reporting and system functions to support the management of the department and decision makingyou will be the e2e processes owner for further lending processes such as further advances, drawdowns, and portinglead your team to successfully service customers within defined service level agreement standardsthis operations manager role would suit candidates with skills or experience in the following areas: financial service, operations, further lending, coaching, managing.
