Ecommerce coordinator - united states, jamestown (new york)

key responsibilities:

·responsible to support daily operations including order processing, coordination & tracking of stock transfers, and order return & exchange processing

·daily monitoring of client relations center/e-commerce inbox

·collaborate with client relations center, supply chain, logistics, fraud, sales audit, and it support teams to ensure smooth order processing

·manage stock assortments, identify trends in stock outs, oversee allocation for order fulfillment

·monitor complete order flow across multiple systems for accuracy and identify any issues/bugs

 

qualifications:

·team player with initiative, ability to prioritize, multi-task without sacrifice of attention to detail and thrive

·strong organizational, project management, communication, and follow-through skills are required.

·undergraduate degree and minimum of 3-4 years related professional experience. relevant supply chain merchandising experience preferred.

·outstanding computer skills with ability to learn new software applications quickly. prior experience with sap and salesforce systems are strongly preferable.

·proficient knowledge of microsoft excel

·team player
