gi group are working in partnership with a british luxury watch company based in henley on thames who produce beautifully engineered mechanical watches at a state of the art manufacturing and technology centre.

purpose of the role:

as a diagnostics technician you will be assessing the product to determine the work needed to return the watch in good order and aesthetically accurate in line with the company standards. you will also be validating the success and effectiveness of the product repair and service prior to customer delivery.

you will be working alongside the wider quality and service centre functions to ensure customer and internal service levels are met.

duties:

recording information using a erp system for the generation of repair paperwork and data trackingappraise and document condition receipt of all customer productsanalyse , define and record product faultsperform outbound inspection and tests on all products ensuring effective repair, service has taken place and that company technical and quality standards have been met

experience:

technical experience within assembly or small assembly fieldsproficient in ms office softwareability to read and interpret technical documentation , drawings and engineering specifications
