bar staff at the northcote
bar staff needed to join our lovely friendly small but perfectly formed fun team.
approx 15-20 hours per week bar staff over weekends and an evening or 2.
we’re an independent community pub in the east end with a massively varied customer base. we offer a working environment of dignity and respect. friends are easily made here, ex staff are often at the end of the bar (we can't get rid of them!), we have protected proper paid breaks, a fairly shared rota and we don't put up with mean customers. the week is varied with lots of events & there's always someone to talk to at the bar so hopefully not too boring.
essential skills and qualities required:
- previous bar experience
- excellent spoken english
-previous bar experience
-social outgoing person
- respect for equality
- 6 month minimum commitment
additional beneficial skills and qualities:
- barrel changing experience
- experience in conflict management
we run a super fair rota so all of the team will need to take a share in the august bank holiday
