salary up to £22,000 depending on experience

full time, permanent

5 weeks annual leave

we are looking to recruit an experienced warehouse operative to work in our reading warehouse and join our friendly team.

about the job:

you will be working in our warehouse and responsibilities include

picking and packing orders using our barcode/scanning system.
booking shipments onto our courier system.
assist with receiving and unloading goods from couriers.
checking goods off against purchase orders, homing them in our warehouses and recording any issues.

about you:

we want friendly and reliable people to work for us as well as:

plenty of experience of warehouse work.
ideally a forklift licence (but not essential).
general computer skills.
a willing, friendly ‘can do’ attitude.
a strong work ethic.
excellent at working as part of a team.
‘going that extra mile’ to provide excellent customer service.
