intensive case manager wanted!

an incredible company is seeking an case manager to join their amazing team. this person will provide an intensive form of targeted case management that facilitates coordination of services for children and youth whose treatment requires cross agency collaboration

details:

partners with foster youth counselors

minimum 2 years of experienc, ba preferred or extensive relevant experience

understanding of cultural issues, community resources and family dynamics

ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships

ability to possess and maintain a valid ca driver’s license, must have suitable vehicle for agency travel and current automobile insurance.

bilingual preferred but not required

$26-$27/hour plus sign on bonus

hours: full time, m-f 8 am- 5 pm, on site
