we are looking for a head chef and chefs to be part of a new venture.
brand new fitted kitchen.
walk in fridge.
fully refurbished country pub.
you will be in charge of planning and directing all kitchen operations. we will task you with maintaining high standards of food, presentation, service and health & safety practices within your kitchen and with managing the training & development needs of your team.
candidates may also currently be a experienced sous chef looking for the next step and leading up their own team.
the ideal candidate will:
possess a genuine passion for cooking.
have experience in a like for like high quality operation
have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
be driven and focused on first class standards.
have excellent planning and organisational skills.
have excellent personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times.
the role entails being able to work 48 hours a week over 5 days, this will be flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays and be comfortable working in a vibrant and busy environment. in return we will offer a competitive package.
