Customer service rep - united states, jamestown (new york)

adecco is seeking customer service representative for a fully remote 3-6 month work assignment (possible temp to hire) position. 

i am looking for candidates who can work 10am to 7pm cst time for a client located in ny (11a-8p est) and who is willing to work weekends or have some flexibility!  

pay - $18/hr. paid weekly

job duties - call center/customer service representative 

assist the inbound team

primary function will be to use the dialer to make a high volume of automated outbound calls to customers.

if a customer does not pick up there will be one of two actions depending on the call campaign 

either they’ll leave a scripted voicemail 

or hang up without leaving a voicemail (depending on the dial attempt)

if a customer answers, they’ll use five9 to transfer the call to a live pg agent

using a script provided for the greeting and introduction

must have strong communication skills 

must have reliable internet 

must have designated/uninterrupted work space
