salary: £40,000-£45,000 gross per annum (dependant on skills, previous experience and previous earnings)
start date: december 2022
we are seeking a fantastic nanny for a warm, informal family based in maida vale, london.
you will support three children (b18 months, g5 & b8) ensuring that they are fully supported and in a happy and healthy routine.
as the mother is very hands on she is seeking a nanny who is happy to work interchangeably with her ensure the children’s diaries run smoothly. you must be calming and warm, with fantastic communication to work in partnership with mum.
the eldest boy loves football and is enrolled in lots of sports-based afterschool activities. he’s also an avid dancer with a quirky sense of humour. the five year old girl has a big personality with a keen love of arts and crafts and all things the creative. the youngest boy is figuring out the world for the first time but is very easy going and has been described as ‘absolute delight’.
the family employ a full-time housekeeper so you must be happy to work in a team environment. the youngest child will be starting nursery in september 2023 where the role will gradually include more mother’s help duties. this will running errands, grocery shopping, light housekeeping and generally ensuring the smooth running of the family home.
the last nanny spent 6 years working for the family and will be leaving in december. they are similarly seeking long-term help and invite any candidates who are interested in committing to their next longterm role.

to be considered for this role, you must have;
professional childcare qualifications
ideally 4+ years nanny or childcare experience
possess (or be willing to get) an up to date dbs check
up to date 1st aid certificate (or be willing to get)
have excellent contactable references
have experience working with children of a similar age
strong communication skills and fluent english
have a valid passport
