adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an operations specialist position.

type: 40hrs/wk. contract

start date: asap

location: chicago, il (local candidates only)

pay: $22.29/hr

length: four (4) months with the possibility of extension

shift: monday – friday

note: this role will be remote to start and will eventually be onsite. no other options are available.

responsibilities for this operations specialist position are but are not limited to:

assist the team with client account tax remediations or team initiatives

process tax withholding reversals and manual withholding adjustments to be in compliance with regulatory requirements

may also assist with tax form and reporting tasks including manual mailing and validations

qualifications for this operations specialist position:

proficient pc skills including microsoft office applications and especially excel

demonstrate a proven ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple job related duties efficiently while exercising sound judgment to ensure sla, strict deadlines and business kpis are met

proven history of effective ownership and accuracy

possess the ability to work independently while effectively managing and finding resolution to complex situations

communicate effectively including excellent listening skills and professional phone/email etiquette

exhibit professionalism in all situations
