Supply chain coordinator - united states, bloomington (illinois)
adecco is assisting a client located in roscoe, il in hiring a 1st shift temp to hire supply chain coordinator. this role is 90% office (excel/outlook) and 10% labor (stocking parts). this role pays $18-20/hr based on previous supply chain experience.
job duties include but are not limited to:
•scans bar coded cards throughout the plant put out by customer personnel to be ordered daily
• manages areas for bin filling that customer personnel do not
•processes requests by plant personnel, from requisition to fulfillment for “spot buy” orders.
•acts as the “go to” intermediary when issues arise
•collects and manages review data.
•may need to lift objects up to 40 lbs
applicant should possess a mechanical aptitude and an eye for details
job requirements:
•fluent with microsoft outlook
•fluent with microsoft excel
•the applicant will be required to create, analyze and manage spread sheets
•cloud based purchasing software (s1ep and sap)
•previous warehouse experience required
• invoicing knowledge
• previous supply chain experience is required
