Human resource manager - united states, san antonio oeste

adecco has partnered with our client to find their human resource manager overseeing the hr function in a manufacturing facility with 400+ employees, operating 24 hours 5-6 days per week. 

the hr manager has 6 direct reports including a payroll, benefits, hr, and general administrator, site recruiter, and the ehs coordinator.   

ideally, candidates will possess: 5+ years in an hr managerial role in a manufacturing setting including:

experience with compliance issues, workers compensation, unemployment, benefits, payroll, osha, etc.   

bachelor in human resources or related discipline 

bilingual candidates preferred (english/spanish) 

position offers: 

comprehensive benefits including relocation if necessary 

$85-95k salary
