job description:

receive, sanitize, and perform failure analysis on consumer product returns to identify any product failures and/or indications of reason for return. supports ad hoc investigations for specific product analysis, as needed. clearly and accurately documents technical investigations.

requirements:

high school diploma or ged

1-2 years of experience in a quality role within a regulated industry.

experience with complaints processing or direct role in handling/decontaminating bio-hazard product preferred.

general understanding of qsr/iso knowledge is an asset.

able to use laboratory test equipment/tools and systems
