$21.85 per hour – remote to start – will become 100% onsite in greenville, sc in november/december

responsible for entering new hires into the workday system; as well as processing internal employee job changes. gathering and submitting new hire paperwork over to our file team. sending background check links for new hires/internal employees. scheduling new hires for training, sending start details, etc.

 

must haves:

attention to detail

ability to learn quickly

computer savvy with microsoft office excel (ability to read and understand spreadsheets shared), word, outlook

able to work in fast paced environment and ability to work with different systems simultaneously

previous data entry experience 5+ years

previous remote work/ comfortable with remote training

prev. exp. onboarding candidates (background checks, training enrollment, etc)

nice to have: workday experience, specific to entering new hires into the system
