Creative project manager - united states, jamestown (new york)

adecco is searching for a creative project manager for our global beauty company client which is commited to offering all women and men worldwide the best of cosmetics innovation in terms of quality, efficacy and safety.

the creative project manager (also known as crative operations coordinator) will support overall team processes and the project manager team by managing day-to-day needs, such as creative trafficking, walk thru (meeting) coordination, meeting preparation, photoshoot preparation, etc. support creative operations in managing efficient workflow of a multi-functional creative team.

job responsibilities
• support creative operations and pm team in daily management of general team deliverables, resources, and assessment of scope feasibility
• attend cross-functional meetings with global and us teams to support and guide current project managers and manage expectations of deliverables
• attending weekly meetings and update tracker to maintain on-time schedules
• tracking, routing and approval status through multiple software platforms
• partnering with brand asset manager for global artwork release & rights management
• identify process improvements and support implementation qualifications
• participate in meetings at the operational and project level
• function as a liaison point to keep all parties aware of overall project impact in order to facilitate management decisions at the earliest possible time
• ability to prioritize tasks and pivot between projects fluidly

qualifications:
• in-house/ brand creative experience a must
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to remain agile and flex quickly in an ever-changing environment
• detail oriented
• collaborative and team player
• able to develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners
• comfortable dealing with senior executives and cross-functional partners
• must be curious and a creative problem solver
• remains calm under stress
• proficiency in microsoft office and knowledge of adobe creative suite is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience within creative operations, project management or trafficking in a creative environment
