adecco staffing is looking for a operations coordinator in rolling meadows, il

$25.17. hr. mon-fri 8am-5pm- hybrid schedule

6.-12 month position

job duties:

facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams

working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals

ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards

observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made

identifying and resolving any problems in the production process

designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations

delivering reports to department heads, management teams and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization

collaborating with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals

requirements:

bs/ba degree in a business/financial area or equivalent experience preferred.

minimum 2-4 years similar job experience or office administration experience.

strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills required.

excellent oral and written communications skills.

must be a motivated individual who is a quick learner, intuitive and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

must have the ability to solve normal challenges and problems effectively and efficiently in an office/business environment.

must have strong organizational skills.

proficient with outlook, microsoft word, power point, and excel
