fabric technician monday - friday 8-5 a leading facilities management company are looking for an experienced fabric engineer /general maintenance operative to join their well established team. the role will be servicing a collection of high end commercial property in and around southampton. this role is very high end and prestigious and will require you to be proffessional and client focused, in return you will be putting a fantastic name on your cv and may potentially be gaining a job for life as not many companies can beat the quality of this particular client. you will also be working alongside mechanical and electrical engineers, so scope for improvement and moving up is there. it is desirable for the applicant to have a wide variety of skills in a number of fields to be in a position to perform the role to a high standard. benefits: 25 days holiday package pension package performance related bonus 2% yearly salary bonus client side - no fm company permanent duties: carpentry general electric maintenance painting & decorating general plumbing maintenance ensure health and safety policies are followed requirements: it is desirable be fully qualified at nvq level 3 such as city and guilds, btec or equivalent in one or more trades - plumbing, carpentry, electrics etc. however i will accept candidates with a proven track record within building services. strong customer service and communication skills competent in minor repair/maintenance work
