this direct marketing business started on a kitchen table over 25 years ago and has grown to employ approximately 60 staff offering customers a range of direct mail, data, software, and e-commerce solutions. the business is recruiting a head of client services, long term this opportunity could lead into a board level position for the right person. this is a newly created business critical role reporting to the ceo, you won t be stepping into anyone else s shoes. you will be hands on and use your people management skills to manage a team of account managers to ensure maximum revenue is being generated from the existing clients the team looks after. this role also has an operational side to it. you will be tasked with looking into current processes and creating and/or streamlining procedures. for your application to be successful, you must: have previous management experience (kpi setting, nurturing/training/supporting staff) be commercially minded with a proven background in account growth have experience in delivering and streamlining data and technology driven solutions be able to commute to the office at least four days a week (there will be flexibility to work from home) it would be beneficial if you had a background in direct marketing services, ideally manufacturing. this is your opportunity to join a business who are on the up and where you can really make a difference! if your application is successful, you will take part in a three stage interview process. for additional information and to learn more about the team you be managing apply now and let s have a conversation. ref: (phone number removed)
