we are currently looking to recruit an experienced bartender for a busy, boutique hotel near dartford.

working within a team of 4 under the guidance of our bar manager you will be responsible for food & beverage service standards within the hotels brasserie, bar and lounge during your working shift. as well as beverage service light meals service in the bar are also part of your duties. the bar serves a range of cocktails as well as non alcoholic beverages with the brasserie and lounge offering a range of light meals on its menu together with a range of traditional afternoon tea.

a luxury 4aa silver star hotel nestled in the kent countryside, the hotel has 38 luxury rooms and suites as well as an award winning spa and fine dining restaurant.

the ideal bartender will have the following:
