Planner/scheduler - united kingdom, loughton, essex
we are currently recruiting for experienced planner/ scheduler to join an established social housing contractor in essex. please note this is an immediate start for the right candidate. ideally we would like someone coming from a housing / maintenance background.
planner/scheduler
scheduling of engineers and subcontractors. allocating work orders to ensure works are completed within service level agreements. ensure that anyone attending site has the correct clearance and that the correct health and safety documentation is in place etc. daily reviews of work orders. any other duties required. as a planner / scheduler we need someone who has worked in a social housing sector before and is able to stay calm under pressure as it is quite fast-paced environment. english & maths, it literate / have some knowledge of & experience in similar industries to housing maintenance, construction, or property services; and have an office administration background.

monday to friday 35 - 40hrs a week asap start 6 months, temp-perm£13 - £14 an hour
