Sous chef - beautiful countryside freehouse pub, restaurant & hotel - united kingdom, newbury, berkshire

we are a pub and restaurant with 9 letting rooms in rural hampshire. we are looking for a chef to assist our head chef in the running of the kitchen. for immediate start.

we cook a changing menu of homemade restaurant and bar meals using fresh ingredients as far as possible.

no early starts, 5 days over a 7 day rota with two days off together. air conditioned on site en-suite accommodation available.
