the ideal assistant restaurant manager will have the following:
experience as an assistant restaurant manager in a 4 or 5 star hotel2/3 or 4 rosette experience essential/ michelin star preferred.proven experience in managing a successful teambe looking for a long term venturethe ability to lead from the front and drive business forwardgenuine desire to serve guestsavailable for a first stage skype/zoomthis is a full time position
