we are currently looking to recruit a head sommelier to join the restaurant team at this luxury hotel and 4 aa rosette restaurant in jersey. as head sommelier you will work alongside the restaurant manager and f&b team ensuring service standards are maintained at all times. as the head sommelier you must both be professional, passionate and organised. it is essential you have a friendly and warm persona. you will gain knowledge of the fantastic menus, learn how the restaurant is run and have ample opportunity to further develop your skills within this 4 aa rosette restaurant. the exceptional a la carte restaurant menu showcases modern british cooking in a classic setting with the emphasis on fresh jersey produce.

the ideal head sommelier will have the following:
