Customer service representative - united states, jamestown (new york)

adecco staffing is looking for a qualified, reliable and dependable manufacturing customer service representative for a growing company in the riverside, ny area. 

this position is ideal for someone who understands client relations, customer service, manufacturing policies and procedures and is looking for a long term "home". 

qualifications: 

  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • ability to adapt to the always changing fast paced nature of the manufacturing industry. 
  • excellent customer service skills. 
  • excellent organizational skills
  • strong ability to manage client files/relationships efficiently. 
  • strong attention to detail
  • experience with microsoft office suite. 
  • requirements:

  • must be willing to complete an in person interview
  • must be willing to undergo drug screen
  • must have at minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing customer service/client management 
  • must have intermediate skills using microsoft excel, word and office. 
  • pay rate depending on experience between $18-$20/hr and temp to perm in nature.
