Customer service representative - united states, jamestown (new york)

adecco staffing is looking for a qualified, reliable and dependable manufacturing customer service representative for a growing company in the riverside, ny area. 

this position is ideal for someone who understands client relations, customer service, manufacturing policies and procedures and is looking for a long term "home". 

qualifications: 

excellent written and verbal communication

ability to adapt to the always changing fast paced nature of the manufacturing industry. 

excellent customer service skills. 

excellent organizational skills

strong ability to manage client files/relationships efficiently. 

strong attention to detail

experience with microsoft office suite. 

requirements:

must be willing to complete an in person interview

must be willing to undergo drug screen

must have at minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing customer service/client management 

must have intermediate skills using microsoft excel, word and office. 

pay rate depending on experience between $18-$20/hr and temp to perm in nature.
