adecco creative & marketing is looking for a rtw fashion designer for our client. this creative designer will be driven by trends and market needs with a circular mindset. we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the creative design process and can bring new ideas and concepts to the table. this brand is taking its products to the next level with sustainable materials.

qualifications:

must possess a strong fashion sense and the ability to interpret trends

5+ years of design experience - mainly focused on rtw

good communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group at all levels

precise attention to detail and organization

excellent sketching skills

must be flexible and adapt easily to change

passion and experience in sustainability and circularity with an eagerness to learn

experience developing products directly with factories; understanding of apparel development from concept through commercialization

understanding of materials, and garment construction & performance (i.e. strong knowledge of fabric, material quality, and how it will perform as a garment)

strong working knowledge of adobe illustrator, photoshop, and microsoft office
