this is a great opportunity for a well established senior quantity surveyor to work a long term contract on a freelance basis for one of the uks leading developers. having been established for over 100 years, our client prides themselves on delivering superior quality homes.
the ideal candidate would have previous experience working with other notable uk developers. extended experience managing a variety of subcontractors on multi phase developments, dealing with subcontract packages, procurement, variations & payment of subcontractors would be essential for this role. this a site based role, on an exciting project, with the client willing to pay a very competitive rate for the right candidate. this is an opportunity to the right individual to be based on a long term 6-month contract which has potential to roll into 12 months + worth of work.
