Senior key account manager sales/ca - united states, san diego

the senior key account manager is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships at assigned key accounts. receiving and consolidating large bid packages to provide strategic quotes for contract award. product identification and capturing customer requirements. calculation and pricing of part numbers abiding by company margin expectations. customer follow-up on quotes to convert and enter orders. proactive business orientated communication with customers, suppliers, and coworkers. work with sales team to serve as a back-up on additional key accounts.

qualifications:

  • hold a bachelor degree
  • proficient knowledge of ms office (excel, outlook, word, powerpoint) applications
  • experience in any erp system would be beneficial, but not required (dymax)
  • firsthand experience in customer relations and sales is necessary (preferably a few years in aerospace, specifically)
  • sales/procurement/logistics background in aerospace fitting products is preferred
  • distinctive communication skills and a high team spirit e
  • english fluency in both speaking and writing is necessary
