adecco is assisting a customer in high point, north carolina who is recruiting for a customer relations representative. the rate of pay for this opportunity is $20.00 - $25.00 depending on experience.

generate and review reports related to customer activity
open order reporting, late order report, etc.
fill orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery dates; filtering expedite requests; communicating tracking and follow up information regarding customer orders
order entry / data entry into erp system
entry level quoting products and services; general quoting
identify customer needs to meet/exceed customer expectations
follow process and procedure to help meet company sales goals
recognize and assist in resolving customer needs
develop skills to offer solutions and support for customer and customer sales specialist needs
identify and engage in proactive customer service
build and maintain sustainable customer and internal department relations to meet/exceed customer expectations
directly support customer sales support and outside sales with dedicated customer base
responding to internal accounting, supply chain, shipping and operations questions and needs in a timely manner
general understanding of product offering
requires 1+ years of customer relations experience in a fast-paced environment.
excellent data entry and customer service experience
quoting on products and services
erp experience
netsuite is a plus
strong microsoft office experience
work in a team environment
