responsibilities:

tenant interaction including, but not limited to rent collection, lease administration, annual recertifications, and tenant retention

vendor and bid management

supervision and recruitment of site staff

weekly/monthly reporting

budget management

payroll management

qualifications:

lihtc experience

strong interpersonal and communication skills

working knowledge of microsoft word, excel, and outlook

experience managing and adhering to property budget

previous management experience
