bricklayer / builder required
we are currently looking for bricklayer / builder to join our team.
we’re a domestic brickwork & building company based in hertfordshire, with work throughout the home counties and north london.
we specialise in extensions and alterations but also undertake all brickwork / structural projects.
ideal tradesperson would be a bricklayer with general building knowledge and previous experience of undertaking domestic projects.
skills required:
brickwork or groundwork background a must
build brickwork to a professional standard / quality
set out own work to drawings
read from drawings
be able to undertake all structural work on a domestic project
be able to work well with a team and alone
reliable
hardworking and willing to help with all site duties
have previous experience of successful work
be able to provide a high level of finish and attention to detail for our clients
problem solving
have own tools
have own transport or driving licence (company van available after trial period for the right person)
good level of knowledge of domestic projects/construction
neat, tidy and well organised
a trades reference if possible
self-employed with cis and utr a must
2 month trial period
driving licence preferred
£150 to £180 a day depending on experience
