barista's: join our new venue
the pavilion is a coffee shop, arts centre and wine bar, and the home of london arts culture - london's largest organiser of art events, philosophy debates and personality psychology events in london! our social media based events attract in excess of 100 attendees every friday, and will expand to 3 evenings per week in our new st.paul's venue.

what you'll be doing:
showcasing your coffee-making skills, superior product knowledge, and passion for specialty coffee. you will be responsible for the brands reputation, helping us to bring quality customers into the store.
what you'll need:
no experience with coffee? that is cool, if you have great customer service attitude, we have amazing coffee training. all we ask is that you have:
a customer-oriented positive attitude
experience of customer service

about the pavilion:
founded by andrew christopher deyhim, the pavilion is very much a family driven business, with andrew's family and a family culture among the staff always present in everything we do. the pavilion is the product of one of the largest social media movements in london in recent years. london arts culture was formed in 2018, growing into an events group with over 12,000 members and hundreds of attendees enjoying the experience, and participating in art related activities at every event.
andrew has a passion for philosophy and the arts in particular, and has used this motivation to bring together others with a similar interest.
although the pavilion is a coffee shop by day, it is a space for great events that attract london's most interesting, diverse and friendly professionals to great events in the evening, - to take full advantage of what london has to offer.
