my client a ever growing established fm provider is looking for an experienced help desk advisor/co-ordinator with scheduling experience to support their busy helpdesk on behalf of their high end clients, due to the increase in securing new contracts they are looking to recruit an additional member of their team. this is a great opportunity to join a large and established fm company. they operate 4 days on 4 off, 07.00 - 19.00. paid overtime too. job duties ensuring customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis both internally and externally deliver specific customer service standards via promoting, maintaining and ensuring excellent communication skills are carried through to all departments contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints facilitate best practices through the entire technical support process. follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on productivity production of quotes, management of helpdesk monitors, scheduling of engineers and production of reginal monthly reports participate in the ooh helpdesk rota. provide data as required for company quality management system, including updating the customer complaint log. protect the companies reputation by ensuring the company is portrayed in a good light at all times and carrying out any other reasonable duties deemed necessary to ensure the business can fulfil its moral and legal duties and obligations. 25 days holiday, pension, private health insurance, genuine career progression in an ever growing company, training and development, other benefits inc. please apply today for an immediate interview
