hris analyst - pittsburgh, pa - hybrid - $75k-$85k - direct hire
must have:
job responsibilities
• serve as company’s subject matter expert for the workday system with a focus on workday payroll, expenses, time tracking and absence
• works closely with the finance teams on both payroll and expenses
• manage time tracking in workday and kronos front line support
• support workday dashboards
• support all workday modules as necessary and participate in hris projects
• travel 5-10%
• ability to work remote up to 40-60% of the time
qualifications
• bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information technology, hr or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in working in and managing hris systems
• passion for customer service
• demonstrated project management experience
• functional and technical experience
• excellent verbal and written communication
• business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
• an understanding of all aspects of workday pay cycle to effectively assist with testing end-to-end functionality
