reporting to the hr administration team leader, key responsibilities include: completing a wide variety of hr administration tasks including the employee lifecycle process, working closely with the payroll team, hr business partners, managers, employees and other key stakeholders in the business support all areas of the hr model as required, including supporting hr colleagues with project work (deployment, coordination and system support), campaigns, integrations, mass communications, reward programme queries, accurate control and maintenance of associated hr information systems and data cleanses work as a team to ensure the provision of excellent service to our customers and the delivery of high quality, responsive and efficient administration activities to all schneider electric uk & ireland employees in accordance with the agreed service level agreement (sla), demonstrating the ability to go above and beyond supporting and embracing system changes, aligning processes with global standards and other transversal hr administration activities effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and other departments, maintaining a professional manner at all times take a proactive approach to problem solving and take ownership of own admin work continually work on improving processes, applying a continuous improvement ethos to ultimately increase customer satisfaction continual quality checks and regular review of key performance indicators (kpi s) to ensure that targets are met in line with the balanced score card (document quality, data input quality, turnaround times/slas) keep up to date with country policies and procedures and all legislation that links into these what will help you to be successful? you should have experience working in a very fast paced, results orientated hr services or any other shared services environment and service delivery within the required turnaround times high level process and administration knowledge is essential to ensure good customer service and provide a consistent approach to the business ability to identify process improvement opportunities and have the technical ability to be confident in learning new systems work as part of a large team towards a common goal excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, strong it skills (including excel, word, teams and onenote) and attention to detail and accuracy ability to communicate effectively across the organisation and work under pressure to defined deadlines you will have gcse a-c english & mathematics fluent in english is critical for this role preferred cipd qualified or working towards or equivalent work experience what do we offer?
