this is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, working with our residents and supporting with adult with autism and learning disability and complex needs. we have residential and supported living care services in and around the horley area and our main company focus is on the young adults that we support and making a difference to them. do you have a creative flare, if so, we are looking for you? the activities coordinator will be responsible for the following: to contribute as part of the team with planning and delivery of an exciting and varied schedule of activities that appeals to our residents and meets their needs. to provide a varied plan of outings, events, and activities throughout the year for residents to select from. to lead and assist with the leading of all activities. to contribute to the development of new ideas and innovation to keep the activities fresh and appealing for our residents. please note that our positions require an enhanced dbs check in relation to adults. provide one on one stimulation and engagement as well group activities the benefits working for us are: enhanced sick pay, maternity pay and paternity pay annual social events healthcare after 2 years and access to an employee assistance programme from day 1 contribution to pension
