Weekend cook/chef for busy cafe & burger restaurant - united kingdom, glasgow
we run a small, busy 28 cover restaurant which is langside cafe by day and freddy & hicks burgers by night. we're looking for an experienced cook/chef to join our team every weekend. during the day the menu is classic cafe food, breakfasts, filled rolls, soup, toasties, french toast, pasta & chilli, and at night the menu includes smash beef burgers, veggie burgers, loaded fries etc. we need someone experienced and reliable to work on the grill saturday 8.30am-4.30pm and sunday 4-10pm. must thrive on the pressure and intensity of a busy kitchen! full training given, immediate start.
