we are currently recruiting for a food & beverage manager to oversee the running of our client's food & beverage outlets. reporting directly to the operations manager and working with the other heads of department, you will be responsible for reviewing service standards, costs and percentages across the business. this is a new role for the hotel, and we are looking for a hands on, experienced food and beverage manager to develop the role.
