commercial manager opportunity - east central london - major residential scheme

fawkes and reece are currently assisting a premier global developer in their search for an additional commercial manager to join their london team. our client is well known brand with a track record of delivering impressive major schemes across london and europe. as a business they work in the construction design and build market delivering large commercial, mixed use and residential schemes in flagship destinations.

with over a billion worth of assets, our client is a well-known, financially solid company that develop and support their staff with many long serving members. this is an opportunity to join their london team and be part of the commercial management division delivering major schemes across london.

this role will be site based in east central london working as commercial manager on a £500 million residential scheme. this project consists of multiple rc frame blocks delivering high end apartments as well as some commercial units. with this scheme being live on site, the project will run through with completion within the next 2 years. for this role you will work alongside a senior commercial manager and look after a team of 10 package surveyors. as commercial manager you will undertake full duties including all reporting, variations and cvrs and presenting this to the commercial director.

our client is looking for someone with a proven track record working for a developer or main contractor delivering major schemes in london.

for this role, our client is looking to pay a competitive package of up to £130,000 plus benefits.
