senior quantity surveyor opportunity - site based in surrey - tier one main contractor - paying up to £80,000 + package (travel allowance, bonus and benefits)

due to growing demands, our client is looking for a senior quantity surveyor to join their team as working on a secured live project in surrey. this is an opportunity to join a very successful division and work part of their london office delivering some complex projects with the opportunity to have a development plan, exposure and alongside a senior qs with a clear progression route.
the role will be site based in surrey on a project that is currently at 2 stage tender stage, with the main build going live next month in november. the project includes alterations to an existing building, demolition of a 3-storey building and refurbishment works. the contract value of this scheme is circa £90 million and will complete mid-2024. this is an award-winning project working for a tier one business with one of their most premier clients.
you will work as senior quantity surveyor working reporting to a commercial manager. the role will involve procurement, managing multiple subcontract packages and cvrs
