we are currently recruiting for a sous chef to work as part of the kitchen brigade in a luxury 5 star hotel kitchen. the sous chef will assist the head chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

our client is a stunning luxury 5 star hotel with a michelin star restaurant in a beautifully picturesque location near chippenham with a brigade of talented chefs, creating delicious seasonal dishes with local ingredients, including the freshest vegetables, fruits and herbs harvested directly from the kitchen gardens.

the ideal sous chef will have the following:
