bartender - michelin star restaurant - dorking - 4 day week
we are currently looking for a bartender to join a team who are passionate about providing excellent food, outstanding service and an unrivalled guest experience. the bartender will be responsible for preparing drinks across the restaurant and supporting the sommelier with the service and recommendations of wines in line with the tasting menus on offer.

our client is a stunning michelin star, 4 aa rosette modern fine dining restaurant nestled in the surrey hills in dorking. having been named the 2019 aa restaurant of the year, the restaurant is a real dining destination with a fantastic reputation.

the bartender will have:
experience as a bartender in a michelin/multi rosette fine-dining venueideally having level 2 wset or a similar qualification with the court of master sommeliersthe desire and motivation to work in a michelin/multi rosette fine-dining environmentgreat communication skillsimpeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding servicelive locally or have their own reliable transport to dorking - public transport is not an option for this rolethis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced bartender to join an award winning restaurant!
