commercial manager opportunity to work with a main contractor - portfolio of residential schemes - west london based

our client, a leading main contractor with core values and a reputation of delivering construction projects across london to a high standard, is looking to recruit a commercial manager. with a track record from the 1900's, our client has built their business from their track record of quality on their projects giving them a great name in the industry.

as a business, they operate in london and the south east with their main focus being new build residential schemes and have delivered some impressive rc frame developments.

due to new pipeline and secured work, our client is looking to recruit a commercial manager to work within their new build residential division. this role will be managing a portfolio of projects across the west and north london area with 4 commercial leads and teams of surveyors reporting into you. you will report directly to the senior commercial manager.

for this role you will be overseeing circa 4 -5 projects including a £90 million care home, £45 million residential and various rc frame residential schemes. with a plan in place to grow their business this is a great opportunity to join a successful main contractor with a solid current and future workload.

our client is looking for someone with 10 years + experience with previous experience working as commercial manager for a main contractor

you will benefit from working with a great business, that support development and progression for all levels within the team.

for this role our client is looking at paying in the region of £100,000 - £120,000 plus package depending on experience. you will also receive a competitive package on top of your basic salary.
