firstly: this is a sales admin role, so the salary range advertised is exactly that, and not an ote not subject to commission or bonus fluctuations. we reward our people on their efforts and reflect that in pay.

however, your own previous b2b experience will tell you that is not good enough, is it? our customers like us, but do they love us, and do they think we could do better? where are we missing the opportunities to upsell and do even better?

that is where your skills, attitude and experience come in.

our role is an employed salaried role, remotely based, and principally involves maintaining and upselling where possible to our national portfolio of customers. this involves order input (into ax plus helping to onboard our new auto ordering portal) and customer service role in a busy, fast paced manufacturing environment, plus carrying out the usual range of internal sales functions, e.g; lead generation and quotation follow up, upselling additional products from within the group portfolio, maximising transport and other efficiencies, and informing customers of lead times.

what are we looking for in you? principally:

- excellent it skills and the confidence to learn new it systems and adapt current processes.

- ability to build and maintain excellent customer relations and manage high levels of customer interaction during a busy working day.

- able to upsell additional products with our portfolio of jablite products.

- competent in maximising efficiency all round, which will improve margins for any products you are responsible for.

we don't envisage travel being a factor in this work, other than occasional visits to customers and company sites, so this is a remote/home office orientated post.
