Marketing assistant / junior marketer - united kingdom, birmingham, west midlands

gi group are recruiting for a local company based in aston,birmingham who are looking for a marketing assistant/ junior marketer to join their team!

shift: 8:00am - 16:30pm // mon -fri

salary: £20k - £21k depending on experience

will be in charge of the marketing and social media for three companies:

- pressed metal manufacturer

- rainscreen cladding manufacturer

- logistics transport company

* needs either a marketing, advertising degree or something similar.

* main roles will be looking after the social media for all of the above

* updating websites with content that they have created,such as;

vlogs, images, videos on products for customers, monitoring analytics

* running campaigns to promote each business

* they will have control so needs to know how to self-manage and use initiative

* bring a positive attitude to the office

* general filing and admin from a marketing aspect

previous experience / qualifications required:

- experience in marketing or qualification.

- good understanding of microsoft office programs (excel, word, powerpoint, etc)

- excellent eye for detail

- good communicator
